🔸It is mandatory to pay the deposit and administration fee after the booking will be confirm. This payment is directly with the advertiser. You can pay only with credit card or bank transfer. It is not possible to pay in cash.

The tenant is obligated to vacate the leased premises 14 days before the effective termination of the lease agreement so that the leased premises may be repaired in that period, in necessary. A spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a bathroom and a kitchen/lounge area. The apartments are approximately 56 – 79m2 (69 – 93m2 BBR) in total and are located on floors 1 to 6. Our apartments are ideal if you like to have your own space, or share with a friend. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem. You get the best of both worlds.

All rooms come fully furnished with a bed, desk & chair, breakfast bar stool(s), additional seat, wardrobe, mirror, coat hooks, integrated lighting and plenty of plug sockets in convenient places.
