We're renting out our apartment for six months, while we're overseas for work.

The apartment is a three rooms, one bedroom apartment with a closed balcony. It is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room comes with a dinning table seating 6-10 people, a 3 person couch and a TV. The bedroom has a queen sized bed (180x200 cm) with bedding provided and a lot of closet space. The office comes with a big desk and several bookcases. In the basement you'll find indoor bike parking. There's a washing machine in the apartment and a laundry with washing machines and dryers available free of charge within the property.

The apartment is situated in Neergårdsparken in Roskilde West and is close to the town center of Roskilde as well as a small forest and a couple of small lakes. There are two supermarkets within five minutes of walking distance. Roskilde station is 2 km away (8 minutes on bike) and RUC is 6,5 km away (21 minutes on bike, 30-45 minutes via public transport). Free parking is available right outside the building.

The rent is 9000 DKK a month which includes internet, heat and water. Electricity is paid seperatly. You will pay a deposit of three months rent (27.000 DKK) and one month prepaid rent.

We're looking for a tenant, that will take good care of our apartment and furniture, while we're away. No pets allowed. No smoking within the apartment or the balcony.
